It makes sense that a healthy body has a positive influence on us, our instrument and our sound, right?

It goes without saying that a clear and relaxed mind is essential for auditions and all moments on stage, right?

It's absolutely understandable that success goes hand in hand with awareness, strength, endurance, stress compensation and joy, right?

I find it logical. And great!

My path and my passion is the violin - and yoga, as you know!

Since 2014 I have been accompanying people through yoga in life and on stage. Since January 2021, I have been going online with musicians and picking them up wherever they are.

Wednesdays 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. online on Zoom!

You can't always do it in person? No problem, of course I will also send you all the recordings of the sessions so that you can catch up or repeat them individually.

The profession we do as an artist demands a lot from us, both physically and mentally.

I am convinced that we can only be truly productive in life when we know our strength and have tools at hand that allow us to find strength but also allow us to relax. Both essential for the musician.

Mental coaching for the body: The yoga mat is a great way to train how we talk to ourselves. Continuing to breathe in challenging yoga positions and directing the mind in some way can help us immensely on stage!

Yoga brings you to yourself!

On the yoga mat we not only practice positions that make us flexible, strong, permeable and relaxed, but we also practice how to align our mind - our inner voice, and even the communication with ourselves in a friendly and determined manner. We also sharpen body awareness and physical-mental intuition.
