A 6-week 1:1 support program is designed for musicians who want and maybe need to (re)connect with their body and mind. Whether you're coming out of a busy season and feeling some exhaustion of body or mind, preparing for a major performance or simply need support to feel your best again - I will guide you to reduce pain, boost energy and vitality and become balanced and joyful again.

6 weeks of full personal support
2 -3 individual sessions per week (online or in person)
Personalized routines, self-care tools, and mindset support
Access to “Back to Tune” video library for 2 months
Guidance tailored to your lifestyle, energy and practice flow
