• On Mondays we go on the mat together early from 7:30-8 a.m. for a wonderful start to YOUR week: candlelight, birdsong, journaling, breathing, yoga, movement, strength and meditation.
  How could you better start your day and your week?

(and the nice thing is: between 7-8 o'clock we usually don't have any rehearsals!
Give yourself this time)

• We meet on Wednesdays for Evening Flow from 8.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. to consciously relax. Through strength, we learn to let go, slow down and stimulate your body's regeneration in order to regain new strength in the best possible way.
  BACK to BALANCE!

• You are welcome to join both classes with your subscription and treat yourself to a wonderful yoga routine that will help you to be generally more balanced, healthier and happier.
